Shipping policy
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Delivery Time
Everything is made fresh to order in our Lab in Oregon. Allow 7-10 days from order to delivery. For international shipping allow 2-3 weeks, times may vary according to customs in your own country.
Shipping within the US
Domestic Shipping across the US is Free with all orders.
International Shipping
International Shipping charges for your order are calculated and displayed at checkout.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Formula Flawless is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
Countries we Ship To
We ship to Canada, UK and Ireland, Switzerland, Germany, France and Peru. Please note: You may be required to pay local taxes subject to your country’s customs rules. If you are outside the countries listed here, then email us support@formulaflawless.com.
Samples
Complimentary samples are included with all online orders.
Order Tracking
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@formulaflawless.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
PO Box Numbers
We deliver to PO boxes in the US, we do not deliver to PO Boxes outside the US.
Seasonal Delays
At high season during Black Friday, Cyber Monday and Christmas Holiday and during extreme weather there could be potential delays due to high volumes of orders and delivery services outside our control.
